New 50 gallon Bradford White installed with pan

Dickinson all wrapped with glass being installed last week. This bathroom was actually remodeled a few years back (not by us/ or the client) but was one of the reasons they purchased the property. So they were disappointed to find leaks in their ceiling on the first floor. After opening up the ceiling we found some issues with the shower install, after the shower demo we found even more The challenge here was to remodel the shower while keeping the existing bathroom in... tact. Matching the tile from shower to tub was probably the biggest hurdle. While the footprint stayed the same we installed this new shower properly and added a few nice features like the shaving shelf and custom niche tucked away on the back wall. Enjoy

Finished up East Jefferson a few weeks back. This was a neat project taking a small cramped space and without moving anything other than a tub wall opening it way up. By incorporating the window in the shower area we were able to then move the toilet and vanity totally transforming the space without taking out structural walls. Since we always install new plumbing on all of our bathrooms anyway this was not as big of a deal as some contractors make it. The clients had rea...lly cool taste in finishes choosing the matte black with subway tile. The brick wall was a cool find that we choose to incorporate in the the space. #designbuild
