As the weather cools and we spend more time inside it’s important that we be vigilant and continue to keep our patients and staff healthy. For this reason, we ask that you keep following our office protocols: If the patient is not feeling well or someone in the immediate family is ill, please call to reschedule the patient’s appointment.... A mask must be worn by everyone who enters the waiting room. Each patient needs to have a parent or guardian complete and sign a Covid health form for each appointment. It can be downloaded at www.cartwrightorthodontics.com We ask that only the patient come in for the appointment. If that is not possible, we ask that a maximum of one adult accompany the patient. No siblings or friends will be permitted to remain in the waiting room. For new patient consultations, 2 parents may be present at the consultation but we request no siblings or friends be present in the office. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding, Dr. Cartwright & Staff

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE Our office has been open since mid-May taking care of our current patients and getting new patients started with their orthodontic treatment. Patients are asked to call before entering the office to limit the number of people in the waiting room. All who enter the office must wear a mask. We take everyone's temperature, and a supplemental Covid-19 health form is completed for each patient at each visit. ... We have always taken sanitation seriously and since we've re-opened we have enhanced cleaning between each patient and we have installed barriers between each chair in the clinic. Your health and safety are very important to us and we will continue to do all we can to keep our patients safe.
