Always ready for a little night training. This is the green dragon fan form for the Liu Seong Royal style of gung Fu. Still just working it back up and the sweep is a little harder on cement. So now I will need to work it out here more so I get comfortable with it.

A "cold" version of the KunTao form ... the low twist stance at end could be lower and I could have "stuck" the hand placement before the kick at end a bit better ... next time :-)
