And, work well. #205 squats in the gym between virtual sessions - the last time I back squatted was 30 days ago - it was 135lbs shot by @inspirecreatemanifest Since then, it has been teaching virtual classes with some #steelmace and #kettlebell ....Today, I used the same connections I made in my bodyweight work and I tested myself by working up to this peak and remembering why/making sure it matters for the right reasons. #youareincharge
