Manage guest services. Answer calls. Make reservations. Check in/check out guests. Handle guests' complaints. Close out systems from the current business day to the next. Balance out accounts. Observe and watch over the hotel for security safety. Must be independent and responsible to work in a busy situations. Have a strong communication with guests and co-workers. Assist guests with their needs. Shifts may include 7 a.m. -3 p.m., 3 p.m. -11 p.m. or 11 p.m.- 7 a.m.

We understand it is hot and humid, but if the weather is unfavorable, can not open it. Please understand we have no control over the weather. It may be beautiful one minute but another minute it is storming. So please be careful on any travels you may have the next couple of days. Thank you for all your understanding.
