Awesome day today. Finished the 4 remaining duct openings in Mifflintown and returned home. Trucks are all loaded and ready to head to the Yorktown Hotel tomorrow morning. So much work on the board but we are tackling 1 job at a time and getting them done.

Guys were up in state college today finishing off 47 floor holes to complete the 8th floor. I was in Mifflintown line drilling duct openings so the guys can saw cut / chip off the tips so the contractor can fit hit duct work through. Manage to get 1 opening complete, have 2 openings need cut and chipoed while i will finish off the final 9 holes so they can chip it and head back to York tomorrow.

Holes and more holes. 2 crews running drills and cutting holes at the historic Yorktown Hotel in York Pa. We love when no other company is in our way and we have the floor to ourselves.

Balancing a job in state college, a job in Mifflintown, a job in Baltimore and a job in York is real fun. Now throw in the holidays and other customers calling in for work to be done as well. We are pretty busy to end the year and start the new year out.

The building is getting taller. We are now on the 5th floor drilling with alot more floors to go. We should finish this floor tomorrow and move up to the 6th floor starting Monday.

Well the week is finally done and the guys did a fantastic job. Today we were able to complete a job all the way in Solomons Island as well as the job in Baltimore Md. Great job guys.

Went to look at a job in downtown York Pa that we were issued a purchase order for all the core drilling. The contractor then says i need a quote for 700 square feet of concrete floor sawing and removal done in the basement. Then says by the way here are 4 pages of duct size openings we need a price on as well. This 1900 hole job may now turn into about 3-4 months worth of work alone and so close to home.

Today started out a bit crazy with a man down because of a stomach bug. But we made it work. Old man was on site today to give a hand when needed. We knocked out a scan job at the university of Maryland college park. As well as getting (7) 3" holes drilled down 30" thick in a concrete floor, (1) 2" hole down 12" and (1) 3" down 8" thick at a job in downtown Baltimore. One hell of a day.

Guys put in a very long day to knock out a job yesterday in Solomon Island Md. Started the day at 5am and arrived back at 830pm. Great job guys. On to the next one.

GPR scanning in Baltimore Maryland today so we can core drill tomorrow. Only 1 of 20 locations had a live electric feed running through the floor. Everything else is standard rebar re enforcement

We get it done no matter how tight the area is. Thats why our customers call on us. (4) 7" diameter holes 7 foot high.

Looking for a full time person that works hard, shows up everyday on time and has the willingness to learn a trade. Starting pay is $12 with no concrete cutting experience. Over time pay for any job that starts after 5pm and on the weekends with or without 40 hours. Priority and higher wages will be given to experienced concrete cutting personnel and applicants who hold a valid Drivers license. People with proven ability will be offered long term employment with paid major holidays, health, vision & dental insurance is available after probation periid, paid vacation / sick days after a year. Guys are up at Penn State in State College today. We had to scan a 3' x 3' area so they can decide where they want us to drill a 10" diameter hole through this thick 24" concrete foundation wall.

We had a great day out in Glen Mills Pa yesterday. Wall was 26" thick in the basement 3) 3" 1) 3.5" 9) 5" 1) 6"... 2) 7" Team work. Another job complete.. today everyone is out in East Petersburg. See more
