Blast from the past!! Same place we just have some new faces. We are proud of all of you who are taking the necessary steps to promote a healthier you!

Hey CrossFit 570! This morning, to help with our efforts to keep our gym as clean as possible and to keep you all safe during theses weird times, we called on a sanitization company to come in and do a complete sanitization of our gym. We want to thank ICEE Sanitization Services for the thorough job they performed. ... They cleaned everything that people WILL come in contact with and also everything we DON’T come in contact with for a deep sanitization of our gym. This will absolutely help us stay clean and safe but we will still be following our procedures to make sure the gym is as clean as possible. Also, we will still be following CDC guidelines....taking temps, keeping everyone as separated as possible, sanitizing everything after using it. We do need everyones help by following the new rules we set In place during this weird time. -PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR WORKOUTS!! -if you are symptomatic with fever, cough, sore throat, lack of smell or taste or other symptoms related to Covid, the flu or any other illness, PLEASE stay home! -If you are going to be late please pick a different class. -clean the equipment you use thoroughly after use. Let’s all work together to keep everyone safe and have some great workouts! As always we want to thank you all for the support and are really looking forward to what the future brings to 570!

WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE OUR BACK TO SCHOOL SPECIAL Our back to school special will look a little different this year since we are not even sure what back to school even means this year. With everything going on in the world we know that health and fitness should be a HUGE PRIORITY so we are changing a few things to include more people including kids who may be losing activities like gym class and sports this fall. ... We thought about how we could help EVERYONE in the family get healthy, so this program is priced accordingly to include your whole crew! If you sign up for our special, you will have an UNLIMITED membership from September 1st till December 31st. If you sign up before September 1st we will give you that time for FREE as part of your commitment!! ------------------------------------------- Here are the terms NEW MEMBERS ONLY (if you haven’t been here in over a year you are also considered a new member) The pricing will be as follows One-time payment in FULL of: $200 CrossFit kids and teens (age 6-14) $250 Students, Military and law enforcement $300 Adults This is a huge savings and will cover you for 4 MONTHS! You will be able to attend 1 class a day for the next 4 MONTHS!
