It has certainly been a while since I've posted here. My apologies. Under our new COVID posture we have been focusing on the safety of our members and the cleanliness of our facility. We are still training with more training sessions on our schedule to allow us to maintain smaller class numbers. Cudos to our amazing members and coaches for stepping up, as they always do here at CFPgh, and training not letting anyting compromise the healthy life styles they have committed to. I am very proud of all of you!
