Hi all! Due to this crazy storm we aren’t holding in person morning classes Tuesday. We will hold a live Zoom class at 9:15am. There will be a no equipment option so no worries everyone can workout! We will wait to see what the weather does before deciding what to do about the evening classes. Stay tuned and stay safe!
