PLEASE SHARE: It’s HERE: Snow Emergency Plans are in effect for Carroll Valley and Fairfield Boroughs until 7 PM Thursday December 17th. Vehicles need to be off the street for the safety and efficacy of the snow plows. Please DO NOT abandon your vehicle on the road or it will likely be towed for the safety of the plow operators. Cars must be WELL off the road, not on the edge. Carroll Valley's plow trucks advised us if you can't get the car home, they will be plowing three lo...cations for parking: Carroll Valley office, north side, closest to the road; The cinder shed at Hilltop Trail, park between the building and Hilltop Trail, NOT on the working side, and finally; the Ranch Trail Park Parking Lot. These flat areas will allow you to park your car until conditions improve to get home. Please take advantage of them!! Please don’t wait. Get the cars off the street now!! See more
