Delicate flower yoga

Join me Saturday, December 5th, at 9am for vinyasa yoga. If you are not comfortable coming to the studio, class will be taped and offered on Delicate Flower Yoga Facebook page. You can join live or when it fits your schedule. Remember there is no charge for classes in December. Any offerings received will go towards the family we are sponsoring for Christmas. Namaste

I am reviewing the new restrictions. All in person classes are cancelled until January 5, 2021. I will post the schedule for on-line classes soon. At this time, there is class on Saturday December 12th via Delicate Flower Yoga Facebook. Class is scheduled from 9-10am. This class will be available either live or you may watch at any time. Namaste
