A simple posture but perfect for in between Zoom meetings or to get you through hours of sitting on the floor wrapping presents: Earth Touch (you don't even nee...d your mat!). Sustain as an asana, feeling the stretch in the back of the legs, the hips releasing, head, shoulders, and arms surrendering. Or add a little kriya: roll up to Standing, Upward Salute, and back to Earth Touch. A few rounds will clear the mind and loosen the body.

Would the Creator, with all the love, power and wisdom of the universe, make us all so different and then deem only one right way to get to His kingdom? I would think not. Who are we to decide which part of God is the best?
