The American Dental Association recently released a recommendation for all dental offices to discontinue treatment of non-critical dental needs for 3 weeks. Due to the widespread nature of this virus, along with this recommendation, we feel it is responsible for us to do what we can to limit the spread of Covid-19 and to potentially help protect those most susceptible. For this reason, we will be closing our office to non-emergency patients starting at 5pm today, March 17, 20...20. At this time we will close for 2 weeks until March 30 during which we will monitor the situation and reevaluate if continued closure is required after that time. If you have an appointment within the next 2 weeks we will be calling to reschedule if we have not done so already. Our office will remain open for emergency treatment only during this time. If necessary, please just call our normal office number 717-757-3214. If no one is available to answer your call, just follow voicemail instructions. Our office would prefer that we handle any true dental emergencies in our office vs going to a hospital emergency clinic for dental injuries or pain. This helps reduce the burden on our healthcare system in this time of crisis. Thank you for your understanding.
