A little bit about our process...first we vacuum, then we spray our soap and scrub your carpets. Next, we rinse, apply deodorizer and protector, and then place fans to speed up the drying process. We then brush out the carpets, which evenly spreads the protector, helps the carpets to dry, and leaves the carpets looking great.
