Update: The processing sign was found in the high weeds beside the old Friedman’s. And yes, I cleaned up all the deer rib cages, guts, & legs someone tossed in the middle of the road to make it look like it was my problem. And now I know why you have a beef with me, YOUR PROCESSING SUCKS!!I cleaned up both rib cages that you left in the road and weighed the meat. I cut off 9 lbs of meat from both ribs. That’s not counting the different cuts you left on the road. Now I know why people are coming to my shop to get their deer cut. They want better service. If you would like some cutting lessons, stop over and learn, I won’t even charge you for lessons! Thank you to all of our loyal customers!!
