Today we honor our final Downingtown West Lacrosse senior from the Class of 2020! Today's senior: Ty Wolverton Position: Midfield... Named a team captain for 2020, during the 2019 season Ty played in 15 games scoring 12 goals and dishing out 18 assists. He also scooped 11 ground balls and caused four turnovers. Ty also played youth lacrosse for WBYA and club lacrosse for Roughriders. His favorite memory from his DWest lacrosse career was the team making the District 1 playoffs his sophomore year. In addition to lacrosse, Ty played rec league basketball, worked at Dignity Memorial Funeral Home and Cemeteries, and helped organize the annual Brian Houshower Memorial Lacrosse Festival. Ty has committed to play lacrosse and study at DeSales University! Go Bulldogs! Thank you to Ty's parents Eric and Tanya for all of their support of the DWest lacrosse program over the last four years!
