The Low Back Workshop is this Saturday!! You don’t have to have low back pain to take this course. This is for people that want to: ... Prevent injuries Move easier Address nagging aches and pains Perform better Alleviate back pain Help their nervous system Learn more about anatomy and biomechanics The workshop will consist of some anatomy and biomechanics information and then it is split into three parts for the exercises. 1 Release exercises (foam rolling/self massage) 2 Mobilization exercises 3 Stabilization exercises Each of the three parts are important. Static stretching gives you passive flexibility. That is NOT mobility and will not help as much as that sweet combo of active flexibility and strength. Message me on here, email me, or call the office if you have any questions about the workshop. Look forward to seeing you this Saturday. See more
