What a time we are in! While we are at home, many of our restaurant friends that so generously supported our Taste of the Main Line event are trying to keep some semblance of business going. YES! We are still on for our Taste of the Main Line tomorrow Thursday, March 12. We have taken every conceivable precaution to make the event an enjoyable and safe one. We are installing large Purell Hand-Sanitizer Dispenser Stands at each entrance accompanied by a volunteer encouraging every attendee to use it before checking-in.... The restaurants are committed to handling their gourmet offerings, and interacting with their guests, with the utmost of care. The restaurants are very glad for the invaluable opportunity to display an upbeat aura in order to moderate the scare rather than contribute to its rise - - they need it for their businesses. All these good manners won't cut down on the exuberance of the evening however. Wait 'til you see this exceedingly comfortable and convivial ToML in Radnor Financial Center's amazingly reconceived Grand Atrium. Fantastic Fun Fact: For most of the 20th Century The Emergency Aid was The Keeper of the Social Calendar. How about that?! Some coincidence! All the charities would call our office in order to schedule a date for their big fundraiser - explore dates, find out what was already on what date, and then register their date with us. It was all done by phone (ugh) and then fax made it briefly more efficient.
