Boudoir effortlessly fuses the essence of romance and liberation into one, but the way Lizzie swept up this unfettering bouquet from @papertinifloral in her arms feels unique. So tranquil and natural. #emilywrendetails #emilywrenphotography #boudoirphotography #boudoir #boudoirinspiration

Amanda and Parker created an illuminating ambiance for their wedding that felt so delicate, light, and airy. With touches of baby’s breath throughout, from the centerpieces to the cake and ceremony arch, the wedding was an enchanting experience. The scenic @thelakehouseinn_pa also helped add an element of romance to the air. The contagious glow that radiates from new parents as they gaze upon the face of their precious, little human is a look that stays with me. I love being able to witness special moments like this and play a small role in their journey to parenthood through photography. Through my first year of life photography package, I had the opportunity to conduct a maternity shoot with Michelle & Alan, and a newborn session upon the arrival of their son Theo. I look forward to seeing how big Theo grows by next winter for our one-year photo session! #emilywrenfamilyphotography #emilywrenphotography #newbornphotography #motherhoodphotography #babyfever #maternityphotography @ Gladwyne, Pennsylvania

The verse, Love is patient," rings true for this beautiful couple who will be getting married this winter at @parkchateau. Megan, a local kindergarten teacher, and Evan, a professional goalkeeper for the Tampa Bay Rowdies, chose to wed in the glittering season to work around both of their hectic schedules. I was able to meet the sweet pair this winter for a cozy engagement session around charming Old City. I am eagerly awaiting their beautiful day! #emilywrenphotography #oldcityphiladelphia #winterengagementsession #engagementsessionstyle #engagementphotos @ Old City PHL

Wow, how is it March already? Time feels like it’s flying once again, and I’m so thankful for the progression we’re making so far in 2021! I'm so excited that soon we’ll be able to return to the activities we cherish in the warmer months. I'm feeling uplifted as I plan some adventures for this spring and summer with my family and gear up for the spring wedding season! For now, this stunning shot of the Lourve in Paris will help curb my winter blues! #emilywrenphotography #destinationwedding #destinationweddingphotographer #louvremuseum #paris #france #travel

So thrilled to see Milanee + Amine's Parisian-themed NYE wedding celebration featured in Philadelphia Wedding Magazine’s print issue and on their blog today! These two are pure together, and their wedding day was an epic experience to match. Some of the kindest people you could ever meet, Milanee + Amine's day was all about friends and family. They were constantly checking in to make sure everyone was having a fabulous time, and we all partied in the ballroom at the Academy of Music until well after the ball had dropped. Thinking back on it now, NYE 2019 almost feels like another lifetime. I can't wait until we can all get together like this again #philadelphiawedding #pwmagazine #theacademyofmusicphilly #emilywrenphotography @ The Academy of Music

One of the biggest joys for me is when I get to work with a couple through different phases in their lives. I photographed Brittany & Dave's wedding in 2016, and now I will be there to capture the parenthood chapter of their lives! I always say that by the time I've photographed a wedding, my couples feel like family. And it's such an honor when I'm asked to continue to document their lives as their family grows. How stunning is Brittany down by the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where her pregnant glow made her look like a work of art herself! #maternityphotography #philadelphiafamilyphotographer #philadelphiaartmuseum #familyphotography @ Philadelphia Museum of Art

In a pivot from their original plan, Jennifer & Tyler decided to split their wedding into two parts - both at @innatbarleysheaffarm. This year they held a Minimony with only family in attendance, and next year (exactly 1 year to the day) they will invite the rest of their family and friends to join in a big celebratory reception. I love how intimate and emotional their small ceremony was, allowing the focus to be on their love and the union of their families. And next year they will all be ready to revel in the joy once again as we party on their 1st anniversary. Hey, two parties is better than one right? What a wonderful way to celebrate their first year as a married couple! @ Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm

Patrick & Amanda are the sweetest humans, and so fun to photograph! Effortlessly charming and head over heels for each other, these two sweeties lit up the streets of Old City with their glowing smiles and stylish attire. Check out that dazzling twirl @ Olde City Philladelphia

This wedding has been a long time coming! I first met Caitie & Mark back in 2017 while photographing Caitie's sister Liz's wedding, and shortly thereafter Caite & Mark got engaged. It's always such a huge honor when family and friends of one of my former couples asks me to photograph their wedding too! It's been such a joy getting to know their whole family, and watching as it grows. After several long years of planning, Caite & Mark then had to postpone their June wedding. T...hey rescheduled for October, and when the day finally arrived, the anticipation made everything that much sweeter. Despite all the unforeseen changes, they pulled off an incredibly sweet autumnal celebration at @themanorhouseatprophecycreek. They enjoyed delightfully brisk weather, and the colors on the trees dazzled us all with the epitome of the seasonal color palette. The florals by @wearewildflowers highlighted the charming blush of the bridesmaids dresses, while @truebeautymarks marks completed the look with stunning hair and makeup for all the ladies. @ The Manor House At Prophecy Creek Park See more

Our little girl turned one this week Looking back over the year, it feels like a lifetime! It has been a transformational year on so many levels, but above all else it has been such an amazing journey and privilege to watch Avalene develop and grow into a walking, chattering little toddler before our eyes! Gregg and I have found that we have grown up alongside her. Motherhood required much more than I ever thought I had to give, but it has also been one of the most rewardin...g things in my life. I have loved watching Gregg become a father, his lighthearted and joyful approach to parenting has kept us all laughing and our home full of music through all the ups and downs. Our family has been an amazing support this year (especially her Mimi & Pop Pop). I am sure that some point soon I will be nostalgic for Avalene’s newborn days, but right now I feel elated to watch her evolution unfold day by day. Everyday more of her little personality and spirit are revealed to us and it is such a joyful thing to behold and nurture. See more
