Our studio is closed now through Sunday for Easter break ( Saturday students will have adjusted tuition for april) Our regular schedule will resume on Monday April 5th! We have a fun Easter themed giveaway being posted later today, so keep an eye out! Have a wonderful holiday weekend!!

Welcome April!! I know most of us woke up to snow today, but warmer days are sooo close!! We have so many fun things to look forward to ! Our outdoor dance recital is Sunday June 13th We also have a photo day announcement coming very soon, as well as our summer class and camp schedule! And stay tuned for a special giveaway later today to celebrate Easter weekend

Wishing our dancers, families, and friends a very happy new year. Here is to a healthy and happy year ahead, as we leave behind a year that none of us will ever forget. One piece of very good news as we look ahead, is that the Governor has confirmed that the shutdown will indeed end on January 4th as scheduled, which means we will be back to in person classes and our regularly scheduled classes. The safety of our dancers and families has always been our priority, and we will continue our enhanced precautionary measures as we re-open and cannot wait to dance with you again!! We will resume our full schedule after our Holiday break on Monday January 11th. Happy New Year!!

Wishing our students, families, and friends, the merriest Christmas!!! Our studio will reopen on January 11th for our regularly scheduled classes! But we will have some fun stuff coming throughout the holiday break Here are some photos from our Holiday Showcase! See you soon!

Good evening! We are not able to have our regular dance classes this week due to the new mandate, BUT, we are bringing you lots of other classes and your dancers will actually be able to take lots of extra classes if they would like! Dancers are welcome to do any live class or video that is for their age group. It’s a great chance to also try out a new style or two! The following schedule will be LIVE classes here on our Facebook page. All of our instructors will also be i...n the studio both tomorrow and Tuesday, to record classes and routines for ALL classes. These will be uploaded to our studio YouTube channel. This way, students can dance along with the videos as many times as they wish, and be able to practice their routines as much as possible for our Outdoor Dance Showcase next weekend! Later this evening, all of this info will also be emailed to all parents. In the event you do not have the email by tomorrow morning , please message us. ( but please check spam folder as sometimes they end up there ). And if you have not already, please check out the event page we have created for next weekends showcase. I will be posting lots of reminders, info, photos, and some sneak peeks of some of the basket raffle items we will have Again, thank you so very much for all of the kind words and support. From the very first day this all started back in March, my promise was that we will keep dancing no matter what. We will adapt to anything we have to and we will get back to in person classes as soon as we can. Nothing has changed . Dear Encore Family, THANK YOU for the best weekend ever!! While this year was very different thanks to Covid, our dancers and their families stood right up to the challenge and still gave these children some magic that they very much deserved One by one, we welcomed our classes, and got to see these kiddos show off all of their hard work from the last couple of months. I left the studio last night filled with more Christmas spirit that I can even put into words. Happ...y children, proud parents, and proud family watching at home ... is something we will always remember ! I know I speak for our whole staff when I say that we could not be more proud of every single one of our dancers, and we cannot wait to get back to class in the new year and look ahead to our annual spring recital ( that announcement is coming soon!!!) If any parents have any photos they would like to send along, please do! I don’t get to take many photos at all and I would love to share photos of every group ! We will be bringing you more live classes and videos this week and throughout our winter break so stay tuned. Our regular classes will resume Monday January 11th. Have a WONDERFUL holiday!!!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who shared our post yesterday, offered kind words, and offered to loan us tents and heaters! I will message everyone individually By yesterday afternoon, we had a large tent , quite a few outdoor heaters, and I’m excited to announce that the Eat Up Now food truck will be at our event ! We will have tons of holiday decorations, places for you to take photos of your dancer and your whole family, our basket raffle with some awesome prizes, and... even some special guests! We will pack a whole lot of fun into a short amount of time! As far as this weeks classes, we are working on coming up with the best plan, and will be posting that and also emailing everyone by tomorrow evening. This is only a small, temporary setback and we want our families to know that One way or another, the show must go on!! We think our outdoor dance festival will be something we end up looking back on with wonderful memories

Dear Encore Families, as most of have you heard, the Governor has now created a second mandate for businesses like ours to close, with only one days notice. We are extremely disappointed in this decision, as we feel our studio has been a clean, safe environment for our students to be able to have some sense of normalcy, get exercise, and have social interaction. We have followed every single mandate and guideline set forth by the state and the CDC over the last nine months. T...o the best of our knowledge, we have not had any Covid transmission in either of our buildings. As you know, we were scheduled to have our very small, class by class , in studio holiday showcase next weekend. We are working , as we speak, on a way to make this happen in an alternate way, as our children were so very excited about it and have worked so hard to get ready. Please know that whatever happens, we WILL continue to move forward and are in fact making plans for a new and exciting Spring 2021 recital and will be making that announcement very soon. Do any of our families or friends happen to have a large tent or outdoor heaters that would be willing to allow us to borrow ? We are doing everything in our power to be able to move forward with our showcase by moving it outside , as our dancers are only dancing for 2-3 minutes , and we will make the best out of this situation. Wednesday Dance parents: After driving to both studios, and seeing how icy the roads still are, I do feel that it’s best to postpone tonight’s classes. While the highways are okay, most back roads, and our parking lot, are not very good as of 3pm. *Hanover students: please check your email for make up schedule *Mountaintop students: we will hold today’s classes TOMORROW, Thursday, at the SAME class times.
