More snow expected on Monday. Please be safe out there.

Our friends and fellow responders at Western Berks Ambulance in Spring Township, Berks County suffered significant damage in a 2 alarm fire in their station on Feb 18. It is believed to have started in the engine compartment of one of the three emergency vehicles that were in the station. Fortunately no persons were injured and they are able to maintain EMS service for their area. Western Berks Ambulance has helped us with our paratransit program in the past two years and in identifying some available grants to assist in funding.

The snow removal doesn't need to be done in as short a time as possible. Take frequent breaks and hydrate yourself with water. It may help to prevent a heart attack.
