March 8th is International Women's Day. It reminds me of all the pregnant and postpartum moms who don't have access to mental health treatment. No one should have to suffer alone, yet millions across the globe, and in our own country do just that. Your story of struggle or trauma helps move the cause forward. Helping another women feel that she's not alone is a gift you can give.
