From January 1st to January 14th if you sign up for any level of personal training (30 minutes, 60 minutes, partner training) you will receive one month of our base membership (Iron) complimentary. The Iron Membership includes unlimited acess to our public gym, 1 class pass per month, 1 guest pass per month, and towel servic...e, Our clients find the most success when they supplement their current training programs with additional time in the public gym for whenever best fits their schedule. We know that no matter what your health and fitness goal is (getting stronger, losing body fat, building lean muscle tissue) it's far from easy. We are 5 days away from the launch of our new app! On the app you’ll have workouts to do while you’re in the gym that are designed to help you lose body fat and build your strength and lean muscle tissue. You’ll find a full body weight program that you can do ANYWHERE.... There will be nutritional content build to help you master your nutrition for the long haul. You can message Chad Hackman right through the app. You’ll have access to over 100+ other trainers programs and workouts. And so much more! Remember, if you sign up the first week of January you’ll get the entire month for $1! $14.99 after that. This is something we’re super excited about because we feel it’ll give people the opportunity to work with us on their own schedule from wherever they’re at. At Evolution Barbell, our main goal is progress in some fashion. Maybe it’s one extra set. Or maybe you got an extra workout in this week. Or maybe you added 5 pounds to one of your exercises. Our goal is to find somewhere to push the previous limits to make sure we’re always moving forward. Focusing on consistent, small steps forward are what will lead to big time results down the road.

EVB Rewards! It's that time again where we welcome another Team EVB Member to the 100 session club which means another EVB gym towel goes out! Justin Mader has been consistently hitting his workouts week in and week out and he has just finished up his 51st week training at Evolution Barbell. Soon touching the year mark! Justin says that the two biggest things he’s noticed from training with us is that his energy and confidence are at all an time high. That’s what we want ...to hear!
