If you've come to our office in the past 5 years, you know this face. You've experienced Tresa Neiderhiser welcoming you in, inviting you to make yourself at home, and offering you a cup of hot tea. She's been the voice who greets you on the phone, the one who answers your email questions, and the creative mind who always made our office look festive for every holiday. It is with deep sadness that we inform you that Tresa received an advanced cervical cancer diagnosis on Ja...nuary 1st. Over the past several weeks, her health has declined and she is now on hospice. Not only is Tresa the master of organization, billing, and client correspondence at Willow Tree, but she's also my Mom and I'm heartbroken that the world will soon no longer be graced with her kindness and loving heart. Our offices are still closed... But we're still providing services as usual by TELEHEALTH!! You can receive your session by phone or via secure/confidential video conference and these services are covered by your insurance as usual. ... Yes, we miss seeing you in person while sipping on hot tea... ...and Clover especially misses greeting you (she says "Hi!")... ...but catching up remotely while cozy in your pj's at home is the next best thing! (And it saves you time and gas money coming to the office! Hooray!) Stay well and enjoy your week!
