EASTER SCHEDULE Even more great news for Sunday, April 4th - not only will we be bumping up to 75% capacity... we will also have our full schedule of in-studio & virtual classes! As mentioned before, we highly encourage pre-registration for class. We will be adjusting online registration capacity Saturday evening (4/3/21).You can still register now, you will just be placed on a waitlist!... FAQs about the NEW Yoga IGNITE classes on schedule Q: Will it be too hard for me? A: it will be challenging in different ways and you’ll have the opportunity to customize like a regular vinyasa class. ... Q: Will there be weights or bands to borrow? A: due to COVID restrictions and health safety, everyone is required to bring any props they may need with them. BUT! you will be able to do the entire flow without these props if you would like to participate and don’t have the props available. Q: I’m newer to yoga, will I be able to keep up? A: absolutely! This class is designed to be similar to the flow you are already getting to know, with a few additions that will bring a newness to certain poses and transitions. Q: I’m still not comfortable coming to the studio, will there be online options? A: yes! The classes will be hybrid, meaning you can come to the studio or practice at home virtually.
