Sure, your hair sprouts more grays and your face sports more lines. But you can grow older with your body and mind as healthy as they can possibly be.

The International Day of Happiness is celebrated around the world every year on March 20. Its purpose is to bring focus to what the United Nations consider to be the ultimate goals of humankind, which are happiness, freedom and wellbeing. Wishing everybody much happiness today, and every day!

Nothing says St. Paddy’s Day like Mint Chocolate chip Sundaes and Irish music that you can dance the jig to. Happy St. Patrick’s day from the staff and residents at Fairview Beth Pike.
