I rarely cook dinner weekends but it’s also when we eat the best food We’re excited to add (yet another) piece to our grill collection! I actually don’t even know how many grills/cookers he has total but hey, as long as he keeps making all the food, I’m not complaining #breeofirepit

It definitely didn’t turn out like the picture but for a first time naked ganache cake, I’d say it’s not terrible

We just sold the last case of cookbooks and are currently completely sold out of both! BUT... The publication of Deliciously Unique is well under way & we will have a release date soon! We are also planning to get another shipment of the 2nd one but Deliciously Simple is most likely forever retired For now, here’s a preview of the new one

Meet the newest member of Welsh Mountain Catering.. Deante Myles was born yesterday and we couldn’t be more excited With that said, we are not booking any events for the next 6 weeks but plan to be back in mid-August
