As you are driving, your body will send you signals alerting you that it may not be safe for you to continue operating your vehicle. Some of these signs include: - Heavy eyelids - Yawning - Nodding off... - Drifting lanes If you start experiencing these symptoms of sleep-deprived driving, you risk losing focus and slowing down your reaction times which can result in an accident.

Did you know that a person who has not slept for 24 hours has the same driving ability as a person with a .10 blood alcohol level? According to the CDC, driving without enough sleep puts you in as much danger as drunk driving. Likewise, someone who has been awake for at least 18 hours is at as much risk as someone driving with a blood alcohol content of .05%. Learn more here:

Full Tort or Limited Tort?? When someone's been injured in an accident, we ask about their insurance coverage--is it full tort or limited tort? Unfortunately, many don't know which one they have. If it's limited tort, they are often shocked to discover that their ability to recover compensation for their injuries is very "limited." They saved a few dollars on the insurance premium, and now they will lose the opportunity to recover thousands or tens of thousands for pain and ...suffering. We've always tried to educate people about purchasing auto insurance. We call it "full rights" vs. "limited rights." Recently we invited a local independent insurance agent from Bensalem to discuss this topic. Steve Gannon, owner of The Gannon Agency on Street Road sat down with our own Adam Flager to break it down. Click on the video below and get a complete understanding of your insurance: Full Tort vs Limited Tort Auto Insurance, What's the Difference? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Mvwu6kRuTc Now that you're aware of the differences, you can check your current policy and make changes if necessary. If you need a cost comparison, we highly recommend The Gannon Agency. You can reach them at 215-891-9990. As always, please call us with any questions, any time...and stay safe! 215-953-5200

If you’ve been in an auto accident, you’re probably wondering how it will affect your insurance. The first thing to consider is who was at fault. Your insurance premium will not increase if you weren’t responsible for the accident. However, the at-fault driver’s car insurance will be affected. Learn more here:
