2021 Allegheny National Forest all-terrain vehicle and off-highway motorcycle (ATV/OHM) permits are now available. Permits are valid through the end of the cale...ndar year. The 2021 ATV/OHM permit cost, mail-in forms, vendors and directions for electronic submissions can be found on the Forest website: https://www.fs.usda.gov//alleghe/passes-permits/recreation. Forest Service staff will continue to monitor ATV/OHM trail conditions. We are hopeful that incoming weather conditions may allow us to open some trails for winter riding, noted Ranger Rob Fallon. He said winter use of the ATV/OHM trail system requires sustained cold temperatures that freeze the trail surface and push frost into the ground. Until these conditions are met, trails will remain closed to ATV/OHM use. The Forest will send out a news release and post information on the public website and Facebook when ATV/OHM trail access changes. For all our members the range is open, you are welcome to use it safely however due to the current state of the universe the clubhouse is not open. If you need to renew your membership applications are on the porch and in the range we will mail you your card.
