Join us for worship online or in-person this morning at 10:45 am (EST). Pastor Tom will be preaching on Hebrews 4:12-16 and John 5:31-47 with a sermon entitled "Testimony". Here are some questions for reflection: What do you believe about scripture? Reflect on this and describe in your own words. Do you pick and choose which verses you believe and which you don’t? ... Do you take some verses more seriously than others? How do you choose? From this passage, what do you think Jesus thinks of scripture? For the safety of all during worship services, if you will be attending in-person, please wear a mask and observe social distancing. We encourage you to fellowship outdoors after the service, as our hospitality time has not yet returned. We look forward to having you join us!

You shouldn’t believe me, Jesus said, If I just make claims about myself. Now that sounds odd. Doesn’t the Gospel of John claim that Jesus is the Word spoken at creation? The Word become flesh? How can Jesus not be credible? Join us for virtual worship on Sunday at 10:45 AM for our weekly worship service! In his sermon, "The Lamb of God", Rev. Tom Hall will explore how Jesus was referred to both as "the Lamb of God" and The Good Shepherd. How can Jesus be both lamb and shepherd? What does this mean to us? Before Sunday, feel free to reflect on the following:... Referring to John 1:1-8, what did John the Baptist say about himself? List some of the things John the Baptist said about Jesus. What does John mean when he says of Jesus, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

When I was growing up in the 60’s, my Dad and I used to talk a lot about money. Actually, he would talk, and I would listen. Dad was a pharmacist, and he and his two partners ran the corner drug store near our home. It was a classic old place with a marble soda fountain. The Pew Research Center recently released the results of a study which said that four out of ten registered voters do not have a single close friend who supports the candidate of the other political party. The results were almost identical for Democrats and Republicans. We’re not only divided by our political beliefs; we’re divided in our relationships too.
