New program that we are just starting. Great way to get in shape for the summer! Adults this is run by an adult only and will not be passed off to one of the ...teenagers. Want to get in shape before or after that baby comes? We can work on that in the pool. Want to get ready for the joint replacement surgery? We can work on that as well. Not quite ready to rejoin your water fitness class yet because it has been awhile since you were in the water then come on down and get a refresher on some of the moves they do in the water. Just completed physical therapy in the water and still need some moral support to make sure you stick to a routine? I can work you thru all of that too. We can even go outside this summer and do some things up at Miller Sibley Pool if you like for a change of scenery. Stop on by and talk to Ally-Karen in the Aquatics Department for more details. Tomorrow is Picture day for our Spring Soccer participants! Shirts are in and will be given out prior to Pictures being taken. Everyone's pictures are 30 min prior to their game, except for the Pre K group whose pictures will be after their 9am practice. Schedule for tomorrow for everyone else is as follows: 5 & 6 Year olds ( Picture Before ) Blue vs Red -10am-10:45am Yellow vs Green - 10:45-11:30am... 7& 8 ( Pictures before ) Grey vs Black - 11:30am-12:20pm Orange vs Purple- 12:20pm -1:10pm 9-12 ( Pictures Before ) Green vs Blue - 1:15pm-2:15pm

Another virtual swim meet in the books. Thanks swim team parents for all your help and for those that stepped up today and tried something new as a volunteer at the swim meet. We can't do them without you. One more dual meet next week and then they are all done for the season. Then February 20th is our virtual sectional meet and March 6th is our virtual Regional meet and the season is done for most of the team. It is hard to believe we are at that point. The first session of swim lessons starts this week. There is still plenty of space available. Please sign your child(ren) up for swim lessons. Not sure what swim lesson stage to put your child in? Call and ask us and we can help guide you so that your child will be placed into the correct one. If they have participated in our swim lesson program in the past Ally-Karen has added a note on their home screen as to what stage they should be signing up for based on their skills to help you out. Registration will be open all week.

Another amazing Virtual Swim Meet under our belts for the Franklin Flyers. Thank you to the wonderful work of our parents that help to pull it off and the swimmers who give it their all to swim their best in this new format of a swim meet. Next Saturday we have another Virtual Swim Meet from 930am-230pm at the Franklin YMCA. So let's keep the momentum going swimmers. Try a new event next Saturday just for fun. See everyone next week!!

I want to thank an amazing group of volunteer parents that helped Michael and I pull off our first Virtual Swim Meet today against the Jamestown YMCA. We had all but 3 of our swimmers participate. By breaking it down into 3 different sessions we were able to maintain it at safe numbers and the kids and everyone were really great about wearing the masks. Looking forwarded to the next one on December 5th. The swimmers worked really hard and it showed as they swam their hearts out today at the swim meet.
