The FVR Memorial Men's Golf Invitational date is June 25-26-27, 2021. Entries are limited to the first 96 teams. Entrants limited to male amateur competitors 16 years of age or older. To register your team for 2021, go to: www.frosty-valley.com/fvrmemorial... Entry Fee is $400 per two-man team and includes: Two practice rounds, Three rounds of play (including cart), Two meals provided each day, Tee gift and prizes, Full use of Frosty Valley Resort facilities including range balls, club storage, locker rooms, and pool. Players may also establish an FVR Charge Account for the weekend at registration on the tournament's first day!
