Hello Upper Mount Bethel and all our neighboring communities: Upper Mount Bethel’s Rec Committee is putting together a Halloween Drive-By Parade on Saturday, O...ctober 31st from 1pm-3pm at the Upper Mount Bethel Community Park. Drive up to the Park with your decorated car, enter our contest for best decorated car, and drive around the Park while participating in a scavenger hunt. Kids can wear their costumes while inside the car where they will receive pre-packaged candy from Parade members who will be wearing masks, gloves and remain at a safe distance. This will be a great event and another way we can celebrate while maintaining social distance, wearing masks and remain safe during the pandemic! Hope to see you there!

NOTICE: Due to PennDOT construction on N. Delaware Dr. (Rt.611) north of Portland, traffic is being diverted onto Slateford Rd. Please be aware the speed limit on Slateford Rd. is 25 mph.

COME TO THE UPPER MOUNT BETHEL COMMUNITY PARK LOCATED AT 1535 POTOMAC STREET ON NOVEMBER 7TH TO CELEBRATE OUR MILITARY VETERANS. UPPER MOUNT BETHEL IS HOSTING A... VETERANS’ DAY CELEBRATION WITH A FIREWORKS DISPLAY AND DRIVE-BY PARADE. PARK OPENS AT 3:30PM FOR THE DRIVE BY PARADE AND CEREMONY BEGINS AT 5PM. FIRE WORKS SHOW IS SPONSORED BY LAMTEC AND CUSTOM LAMINATING. BANGOR AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE PARTICIPATING TO HONOR OUR VETERANS. UPON ENTERING WILL BE A DRIVE-BY PARADE WHERE YOU CAN SEE MILITARY VEHICLES AND REENACTMENTS, THERE WILL BE SINGERS SINGING PATRIOTIC SONGS, WE WILL DEDICATE THE FLAGPOLE AND PAVILION, ELECTED OFFICIALS WILL SPEAK AND FIREWORKS GO OFF AT DUSK. ALL ATTENDEES WILL EITHER REMAIN IN THEIR CAR OR CAN GET OUT OF THEIR CAR - BUT MUST REMAIN NEXT TO THEIR CAR OR SIT ON THEIR CAR TO SEE THE FIREWORKS. THERE WILL BE NO MINGLING AND ENGAGING OTHERS, YOU MUST REMAIN BY YOUR CAR AND 10 FEET FROM ANY OTHER CAR. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO CELEBRATE THOSE WHO SACRIFCED FOR OUR FREEDOM AND THOSE WHO CONTINUE TO SACRFICE. GOD BLESS THE USA, OUR VETERANS AND ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL!

Hi everyone: I will be having my Office Hours this Saturday, September 26th at the Upper Mount Bethel Township Building from 2pm 4pm to answer any questions ...or concerns that you would like to discuss. At my Office Hours this Saturday, will be Mount Bethel Pharmacy. They will be providing flu shots if you prefer to get a flu shot during the upcoming flu season. Costs for the flu shots are the following: free if you have health insurance free if you do not have health insurance but transfer your current scripts to Mount Bethel Pharmacy if you do not have health insurance and no transferrable scripts- $14.99. NOTICE: The Upper Mount Bethel Township Board of Supervisors’ will be holding a Special Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm and will be held at the Community Park located at 1535 Potomac St. Mt. Bethel, PA. 18343 to discuss and vote on the River Pointe Logistics LLC Text Amendment. Due to technical limitations, public comment will only be done in-person.

Dear Upper Mount Bethel and our neighboring communities: Please do what you can to support this beautiful girl who is five-years-old and should be starting Kind...ergarten this week. However, she is starting chemotherapy and I ask you to help donate to her cause and help her family. Please pray and cheer on the beautiful Princess Gracie.
