Congrats to Jim & Susanne on a fantastic day at the Boston Triathlon!! Although it became a bike/run, they were totally prepared for a great day and it showed with two new 10k PRs!!! They did great!!!

However, this race wouldn’t have happened without some pretty special people helping me get there. @curtismasters722 and @trailsidebicycleco I can’t thank you enough for working so hard to get me a bike in time (and not just any bike; the one I preferred) and taking an entire day of your time to get it set up perfectly! Also, @thebikefitguy for fitting me in to put t...he final touches on the fit! If I didn’t know any better I would have thought I was on my original BMC out there today! You guys are amazing. And as always @fuelyourpassion for setting me up for success with the training plans and talking some sense into me when I was freaking out these past couple weeks. @d_sapp17 you have really brought my swim along. For the first time I can actually say it was not the limiting factor today! I would also like to give a thanks to the support from fieldwork nutrition company ... their product has been keeping me fueled especially these past couple weeks when my stress has been affecting my stomach I knew I could still get my nutrition in the form of a smoothie without upsetting my stomach further. Primo smoothie mixed with water was my go to lunch the day before the race whe my coach took all fruits and veggies off the table." Check out this duo who crushed the Glacier Ridge Trail 50 miler on Saturday in under 15 min miles for ALL 50 and made the cutoff by a cool 21 minutes! This was a HUGE deal and I am so proud of Sally Sherman for her dedication in TRAINING in one heck of a PA spring and her will to stay positive and NEVER give up!! Way to go Sally!

Congrats to Cheyenne Noble who rocked Wildflower half with a solid swim, super fast bike & great trail half Mary for third place AG!! In bigger news, she won the Noble vs. Lipski race, which is no easy task! Way to go to both of them & to coach Drew Sapp for great coaching & a third place at his first Tri back after knee surgery!!! He killed it!!!
