Gettysburg College Art & Art History Department

Be sure to check out Schmucker Art Gallery’s new exhibition Luxurious Surfaces, Chinese Decorative Arts from the 15th to the early 20th century. The exhibition was curated by the Students from the Art History Methods class! The exhibit opens December 4, 2019 and will go till March 6, 2020. There will be an opening reception on December 4, from 5-7pm and a gallery talk December 5, at noon.

Come to Schmucker Art Gallery to see the wonderful exhibition curated by the Art & Art History Department's very own Art History Methods class! The exhibit, "The City: Art and the Urban Environment" officially opens today and will last until March 8th, 2019. Tomorrow, December 6th, at noon, the students of the Methods class will give their gallery talks about their work. Opening reception is Friday, December 7th, from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm!
