I'm very pleased and excited to announce the publishing of my latest book, The LEADERS Model: Essential Practices For Today's Leaders. Once again, I was blessed to work with Dr. John Stanko, my colleague and friend, as the co-author. This is the second such collaboration with John, having together wrote the book, The Leadership Carol: A Classic Tale For Modern Leaders... http://jimdittmar.com///our-latest-book-the-leaders-model/

Rather, I ask questions to find out what someone is thinking. I ask questions to get them to think, to help them discover something they already know, to encourage them to contribute to the discussion, or for me to inquire more deeply into what they are saying.... http://jimdittmar.com//good-leadership-the-art-of-asking-/

Integrity. Very little question that it is an important leadership quality. Here's what Peter Drucker had to say about it: "Integrity may be difficult to define, but what constitutes lack of integrity is of such seriousness as to disqualify a person for a managerial position...management should not appoint a person who considers intelligence more important than integrity." (Before I continue, I must admit that writing this blog reminds me that I, too, must look in the mirror and ask myself, ... http://jimdittmar.com//integrity-integral-to-good-leaders/
