It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Andy Weyershaeuser Sr. Please keep his family especially Regina in your prayers. _________ Andy was born in Philadelphia. As a small boy of 8 years his father and mother announced their decision to return to their native Country of Germany, and in April of 1941 they left Philadelphia. Our Children’s Group was happy to get together (socially distanced) and put on our Christmas performance this afternoon.The German Hungarians celebrate Christmas together every year, and this year was no exception. Thanks to Miss Susi, our accompanist Dino, Ruth and the Phoenix for letting us gather one last time before the new year. God Bless the German Hungarians, our families and friends, and our amazing children. Merry Christmas to all!
