Strawberries are looking great, much better than last year. The cool weather this upcoming week will slow the process somewhat, but hopefully there are no frost or freezing temps (like last year when many berries were lost). We should be starting to harvest in about two weeks. Currently there are a lot of flowers and some berries starting to form. http://glenrunvalleyview.farm//08/strawberries-coming-soo/

Pasture-raised/grass-fed black Angus burger is for sale. Order now to reserve your quantity, to be picked up in late February. Packages must be ordered in increments of 25lbs (25 ,50 ,75 ,100 ,etc.) @ $4.25/lb. Burger is frozen in 1lb packs, and there are options for patties, bologna, and sweet stix (for an extra fee.) The burger is of high quality, and fairly lean (about 90% +/-). Call 610-593-5656 or call/text 717-847-0511. http://glenrunvalleyview.farm/2021/02/02/burger-for-sale/

We have transitioned to a smaller, self-serve Pumpkin Stand (cash only). Cooking pumpkins, squash and a few other pumpkins/gourds will available through Thanksgiving. Replace canned pumpkin with tastier, fresh pumpkin. It's easy to bake pumpkin halves in the oven, then scoop out the soft flesh to use in your favorite recipes, or try something new! I love to add pumpkin to my regular recipes for chili, sloppy joes, pancakes, etc. For more details, check out the Cooking a Pumpkin tab. http://glenrunvalleyview.farm///squash-cooking-pumpkins-2/
