Spending too much time with your electronic devices? You aren't the only one! Chicken N Stuff would have been held on Monday, after Easter. Due to Coronavirus ...shutdowns, the Rotary Club of Chambersburg had to cancel. This year the meal would have been served for 57 consecutive years, as a partnership between the Chambersburg Rotary Club, GW Masonic Lodge No. 143 and Corpus Christi Knights of Columbus, benefiting the Franklin County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Center and horseback riding lessons enjoyed by children and adults with disabilities as truly an essential highlight of their week. The Rotary Chicken, who has served as Mascot for this event refuses to be declared Non-Essential. If you, like the Rotary Chicken, had planned to take part in the Chicken N Stuff fundraising event and want to make a difference, YOU STILL CAN! Please write a check today made out to The Rotary Club of Chambersburg Foundation. Mail it to Attn: Chambersburg Rotary Club, 1567 Spring Side Drive East, Chambersburg, PA 17202. 100% proceeds will go to The Franklin County Therapeutic Riding Center to replace funds that would have been raised through the Corona Cancelled Chicken N Stuff dinner.
