It's Nurses Week!! This past year put their commitment to the profession, to the ultimate test. Their dedication never wavered, despite the pure exhaustion that was frequently seen in their eyes. We feel you. We hear you. And we stand with you! Thank you for continuing to be the rock-stars you all are for our community!! And an even more special shout-out to some nurses that we are proud to call our own and who have stepped out of the rooms and into the back of our ambulances to be Pre-Hospital RN's!! Blessed to have Ashley, Tim and Kevin on the streets with us!

This week we celebrate National Public Safety Telecommunications Week!! Our Clinton County 911 Dispatchers are the first voices you hear when you call 911 and the first important link in the chain of emergency services. Without them, your call for help would go unnoticed. These men and women are the unsung heroes in helping with emergencies -- often working long and stressful hours to make sure the phone is answered, critical emergency medical information is given, and facilitating resources to the boots on the street. The Easter Bunny will be riding around Flemington on March 27, starting at 4pm. He’ll begin his ride at our station and following the route posted below. We ask the community stay on the sidewalks and follow social distancing guidelines while watching him drive by.

We are proud our employees serve not only in our community, but also continue their service to others when they are not on our Ambulance. Paramedic Tartalone is currently deployed to Rochester with FEMA, to help administer COVID-19 Vaccines. We send him and his fellow co-workers some well wishes! #EMSstrong

The best way to get help in an emergency is to CALL 9-1-1. But did you know that if you are in a situation where you can't talk or are unable to talk you can al...so send a text message to 9-1-1 in Clinton County? Texting 9-1-1 is a slower and less efficient way to contact emergency services but could be a lifesaving option if you can't safely make a normal voice call. (Disclaimer-calling or texting 9-1-1 for any other purpose than to report an emergency could result in criminal penalties.)
