Class Update: COVID continues to impact our live in person classes that are hosted weekly at Susquehanna View Apartments in Camp Hill. However we have adapted and adjusted by offering Facebook Live Inclusive Exercise Routines every Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time).... Our schedule is as follows: Monday: Motivational Quote and Chair Boxing Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday with guest instructors Techo Ted, Funky Fred and Homie Friday: The Freeze: Slowdown and re-energize the mind & body while renewing the soul.
