Greeting Green and Seidner Patients, We are changing our electronic medical records system. Effective Saturday Feb 27, 2021 we will no longer be using eClinicalWorks, we will be using Epic for our medical records. This is good news! Our new patient portal is MyJeffersonHealth. The existing portal will no longer be updated; however, it will be available for review/download for a period of time. This information is also available on our Greenandseidner.com site, under information tab. Please be patient and kind to our staff during this transition.
