Dear Customer that threw a temper tantrum in our drive-thru, screamed at our Baristas, threatened to throw your drink on our Manager, and then proceeded to throw your frozen drink on our building, We played back and watched your reprehensible outburst toward our Baristas and Manager on our security cameras. You should be ashamed of yourself. Was the whipped cream not being put on your Large Frozen Vanilla Latte with Chocolate Drizzle really so traumatizing for you that you f...elt compelled to lash out at our staff in such a vile way?!? Was the idea that we cannot take your cup back once you touched it because of COVID precautions so hard to fully grasp for you? Was it really so unacceptable a notion that we could give you your whipped cream on the side so as not to put you or ourselves at risk during a Pandemic? Please understand this, "customer," whose biggest problem of the day is whipped cream application on your drink. Our staff report to work every day, despite whatever may be troubling them in their own lives, with the dedication of offering a friendly face and doing everything in their power to make our customers feel cared about. While human error may still occur, and sometimes the drink may not be perfect, they try their very best to make sure you are pleased. The people that work at the Greenbean are much more than employees to us, they are our family. When you harm one of them, you harm all of us. We know who you are and we want you to know we do not accept your foul and maniacal behavior. We can only hope that after you recover from your whipped cream induced rage, you are able to think about how you treated our staff and feel some sense of remorse for your actions.
