Philly is seeing an influx of residents coming from NYC. No surprise. I've really never been busier helping clients buy and sell property in Philly. From the real estate sales perspective, the silver lining to this pandemic is people now have the time to make clear decisions on where they want to live. Some are forced to move because of job losses and some just want to move because of work from home policy changes. Philly is less chaotic and less dense overall than NYC but offers a very similar lifestyle but at a much more affordable price tag. At this pace, I will not be surprised if 2020 sets new sales records for Philly real estate.
