Inner Fire Vinyasa Flow Class Held Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm with Katie Stapelfeld Light your inner fire at this class made for beginners and prior yogis!

We had such a great turnout for the kids class!! This weekend the kids will be learning a morning and bedtime flow that we will cover each class. We will also be talking about some breathing techniques for them to help get the "angry" out! My older group will be learning some breathing and meditation to keep themselves clam in stressful situations. See you there!!
