Heidelberg Township Recreation Park

On behalf of the Heidelberg Township Recreation Park Board of Directors, we wish each of you a very Merry Christmas filled with warmth, love and the magic of the season! Merry Christmas everyone!

Today, we were notified by a concerned township citizen, that someone had moved our picnic tables and were using them as ramps for sledding. This is of major concern, as it is a safety and liability issue for the park and the township. This action also damaged one of the tables, which is being evaluated for repairability. We have notified the Northern York Area Regional Police regarding this incident and will be monitoring the situation. Anyone with information regarding this incident, or any incident regarding destruction of park property is urged to email us at [email protected], or call Trent Funt, the park Director at (717) 698-2253 to file an anonymous report.
