This retrograde is kicking my behind up and down the block. It will start to end Feb. 20 but linger into March during the pre-shadow phase.Since this Mercury retrograde is in Aquarius, where relationships are governed, be very aware that all of the work you’ve put in to heal from past trauma may feel like it’s being eroded. I swear I had dreams about at least two exes this morning - like WTF? Go away! So please stick to your guns regarding relationship decisions at this time... until mid March. Be very gentle right now with yourself. I am experiencing feelings of guilt, shame, and anxiety over past relationship decisions. And there is absolutely nothing at all I can change about the past. It is over. These are temporary feelings but they are very real. Retrograde pulls out our shadow selves and this is a great time to be introspective. On top of the retrograde occurring, I also throughout my life suffer from fear of abandonment issues (shadow self work). This means I enter into and hold on to relationships that make little sense longer than I need to because the fear of being rejected by a lover creates physical pain for me. I am severely sensitive. So events effect me much more deeply than most people. This is both a gift and a curse. But anyway, back to Mercury retrograde, keep your conversations with love ones in check, don’t go running back to old flames, don’t get sucked into negative conversations with toxic people, forgive yourself the disrespect you allowed into your space, and focus on money matters. This is a good time for business. But be clear in communications and maybe wait to sign contracts until March. Sending everyone love. Having a seriously rough morning and feeling like this is going to be a stay in bed kind of day. When we are going through the trials of life, it’s good to make space for grace. It can feel very lonely going through our stuff alone. But really we are all doing the best that we can in each moment. Allow yourself time to heal from trauma. Some days are up and some are down. I try not to beat myself up over past mistakes but I am human. Growing pains are apart of life. None o...f us get through this without any scars.
