White Mills is looking forward to this!

Wallenpaupack High School Local History Club students will bring Haunted Tales from the Past to life on Sunday, October 25, 2020, from 6:00 to 7:45 pm in Historic White Mills, Pennsylvania. All tales will be based on actual events from Wayne County. It will be held outside along the White Mills Community Trail and near the Dorflinger Factory Museum buildings. The Community Trail runs from the 1911 White Mills Fire House to the 1867 Glassworker’s House. This event is FREE an...d open to the public. Masks and social distancing are required. Parking is available behind the Dorflinger Factory Museum with access from Elizabeth Street. Additional parking is available in the Community Trail parking lot with access from Charles Street. This program is presented in conjunction with the Dorflinger-Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary and the Dorflinger Factory Museum. It builds on last year’s program in the 186 7 Glassworker’s House where more than a dozen students appeared in character and in costumes to tell creepy tales from Wayne County history. This year, members of the club and their advisor, Mrs. Kelly Obermiller will present this program outdoors to allow for appropriate social distancing and to accommodate more visitors.
