This week at Hennemuth’s . In this video we are making a 22, 22-gauge 90-degree spiral elbow from Galvanneal, which is also called paint grip. Paint grip is recommended for painted spiral duct and is available upon request. We also have the capability of providing powder coating.

This week at Hennemuth's ... Did you know we made double beaded spiral duct? This duct has a unique architectural look to it but the beads actually add stiffness to the duct which makes it stronger than regular spiral duct.

Time Saving Tip Save time in the field by having Hennemuth Metal Fabricators inject a seam sealant in your snap lock ductwork. This saves you from having to tape or mastic the longitudinal seam on the job site. Just snap it together and you're good to go.

This week at Hennemuth's.... Vince Weber, our Spiral Shop Foreman, shows us how 34 inch spiral duct for commercial use is made. Ever wonder how long it takes to make a 10' run of spiral duct? That part of this video was filmed in real time. Watch the video to find out the answer.

This week at Hennemuth's .... We made some custom spiral gooseneck duct. These are 2" to 8 135 degree spiral goosenecks and 2" to 10 135 degree spiral goosenecks fabricated from 24 guage galvanized steel in house with our gorelocker for a commercial application.

This week at Hennemuth's .... Alex Prevade, our Custom Duct Fabricator, was making a cold air return boot for an emergency change out. We normally provide a common sized throw-away filter with this type of order and we had this project turned around in just a few hours.
