Hollidaysburg Borough Council and the Mayor's office has decided to reschedule trick or treat within the Borough of Hollidaysburg due to weather conditions. Halloween activities will proceed as scheduled. Trick or Treat is scheduled for October 29th from 6pm to 8pm. The Phoenix Fire Department’s Halloween Parade is scheduled for October 31st at 6pm.
