Hollidaysburg Borough Council and the Mayor's office has decided to reschedule trick or treat within the Borough of Hollidaysburg due to weather conditions. Trick or treat will now happen in Hollidaysburg Borough on Saturday, October 31 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Patti Duron at [email protected] or 814-695-7543.

Halloween activities will proceed as scheduled. Trick or Treat is scheduled for October 29th from 6pm to 8pm. The Phoenix Fire Department’s Halloween Parade is scheduled for October 31st at 6pm.
